HOPE4Kids 

Pooling member states’ experience and expertise to promote palliative care for children with cancer. Project activities include mapping palliative care for children across Europe, developing guidelines, pilot testing, planning training and education, focusing in particular on six themes: symptom control, psycho-social support, shared decision making, pre- and post-death support, different models of care.
